As Head of Sales, you take full ownership of our commercial organisation and revenue engine. This is a high-impact leadership role at the core of our business: you will shape our go-to-market strategy, scale our sales performance, and build the structures, discipline, and culture needed to unlock sustainable growth.
We are looking for a hands-on commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, a true player-coach who leads from the front, raises the bar for sales quality, and turns ambition into measurable results.
You are part of the nebenan.de leadership team, fully responsible for our commercial organisation and directly reporting to the CRO
You lead, coach, and inspire an existing sales team, setting high standards for activity, quality, and accountability across the full sales funnel
You own top-of-funnel performance: you drive a high volume of outbound activities, ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified appointments, and build the systems that generate consistent new business opportunities
You set the bar for sales talk quality, you coach your team on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing, and you listen to calls, give structured feedback, and continuously raise the level
You take full ownership of Sales & Revenue Operations, which reports directly into you, you ensure clean CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decision-making across the team
You are responsible for revenue across all advertising local and national brand campaigns, you own the targets and you deliver them
You scale the existing commercial portfolio by deepening penetration in current accounts and systematically expanding the customer base
You identify, develop, and close strategic B2B partnerships and co-marketing programmes with national brands seeking authentic access to local communities across Germany
You work closely with our Product Team to shape the commercial offering and represent nebenan.de at senior level in key partner relationships
You report regularly to the CRO on pipeline, revenue performance, funnel health, and strategic priorities
