You have statutory rights including access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. On what legal basis are my application documents processed?
You are not legally or contractually required to provide your application documents.However, please note that we cannot make a decision regarding your application or establish an employment relationship without them.
We process your application documents based on the following legal grounds:

For initiating or establishing an employment relationship. - Art. 9(2) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6(1) GDPR / Section 26(3) BDSG

How long are my application documents stored?
- For the duration of the application process
- Up to 6 months after rejection
- Longer if required by law or for legal claims (up to 10 years)
- Talent pool: typically up to 12 months or until consent is withdrawn
If you are hired, your documents will be transferred to your personnel file.
