Your mission
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. You have in-depth knowledge of performance marketing and analytical skills to ensure the efficiency of the campaigns. Your focus will be on (paid) social media campaigns especially Meta including the understanding of campaign performance tracking.
You will develop and implement performance marketing strategies for the efficient acquisition of new customers. Analytical skills will help you manage the campaigns efficiently
The focus is on paid social media (especially Meta). A general understanding of other channels, measuring their success, and analyzing the drivers of performance will help you to do this
You will analyze the performance of marketing channels to optimize existing campaigns and plan the development of new ones. You identify trends and anomalies to improve the performance continuously
You optimize the efficiency of campaigns by adjusting bids, texts, advertising material, etc.
You work closely with other teams to ensure campaign tracking and coherent branding and messaging across all marketing channels. To do this, you coordinate with tech and data teams on the required infrastructure
You keep yourself informed about current industry trends, tools, and best practices
